All Botany Place condo-owners and residents may post items or non-professional services.  Requests seeking certain items and services may be posted too.  All postings are confidential; only the BPCOA member's Unit Number will be shown.  You can identify and contact the poster directly by consulting a copy of the Botany Place Directory and referring to the Site Unit Number listed in the LEFT-MOST column. 

At this point, postings of any sort will not carry an estimated value or asking price.  That will be between the owner/poster and the interested party when contact is made.

Once an item or service is no longer available or needed, please advise the webmaster, so that the listing can be deleted.  Thank you.
